What is the corresponding Weapon Focus/Weapon Spec feat for Force Pikes? I've been told it's Spear but would like a DM to clarify.

Trust me, the force pike is a spear. With that said, the Teras at level 5 gains the ability to dex with spear, as i recall.

I don't think they can finesse it, but they certainly get to use their unarmed attacks per round with it.
