So, today I redownload a bunch of stuff for the server to get everything good and ready for playing. Then I go and make a character, log in, and start getting set up on my gear. I go to the Quartermaster in the Imperial Base, and look through his basic gear, then go to the weapons tab, and my game crashes. So I log in again, try it again, and it crashes. His special stuff doesn't cause me to crash, though, only the weapons on the weapons tab of his basic stuff. It occurred to me that somewhere in my 2gb or so of overrides/haks something may be conflicting, so I sent it all away to a different folder, and tried running NwN with only the files necessary for RotR, and it still did this. So I'm guessing it's one of the files I thought were necessary for RotR that are broken, that I have yet no one else has, or something new that was put in since I last played isn't very friendly with either of my computers.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

I currently have CEP, the RotR complete package, RotR_Tlk_v1_3 Update and RotR_Top_v1_4.Hak

Seems to have been CEP, I'll work on getting it updated... I should've done a more thorough search of the forums before posting this, sorry.

This is a common issue and reinstalling the latest CEP seems to fix this problem.
