Name: Terack Grump
Rank: Ensign

This is Terack Grump reporting. I thought it would be a good idea to place in this report. The other day, I had gone to Core Sector 2, headed for Hoth, but something seemed to draw me in another direction. The opposite direction to be exact. I came across an unknown vessel floating among space, so I decided to check it out. When I got on board, it seemed the life support was still intact, at least, but there was no lights at all.

I began to walk around the ship and came across a room to the right as I exited the hangar. Inside the room, I came across an old datapad. I recorded it's contents. (added file: jail_logs) After I completed the transfer, Daniel Smith came up behind me. Turns out he locked onto my ship's ion drive. What happened next, however, was very strange...

We spotted two individuals inside the jail cell. One saw us and began advancing towards us. It wouldn't stop, and then...it tried biting me. We quickly took it out, but what had happened...is a mystery. I had poked it with my ryyk blade, and it splatted a bit, and then, as I brought the blade out, the entire body blew up into a puddle of blood.

We decided to look around the ship a little more, and came across the cargo bay. Inside, we met a very large amount of resistance from the same type of creature...or...people as the other guy. We fought through the hordes to the cargo manifest. When I checked it, the ship appeared to carry many supplies. I recorded the cargo manifest as well. (added file: cargo_manifest) More of those creatures started to appear. The door to the one part of the cargo bay was sealed shut, so I attempted to override it. I succeeded, but we never went inside. We got pretty beaten up in there, and tried to make a break for the medical bay, wherever it was.

We ran back towards the door we came in through, but it had somehow been sealed. As Daniel held them off, I quickly overrode the lock and we went through. We closed the door behind us, but that didn't seem to do much. We ran down the hall, came across the crew quarters, which we left alone, and then found a door with another datapad in front of it. I, again, recorded it's contents.(added file: medbay_logs)

The door to the Medical Bay was locked, so I, again, overrode it, while Daniel held off the swarm off creatures at out backs. We opened the door for a split second, and inside was a massive horde of them. We quickly closed the door and made a run for it, fighting our way through anything that stood in our path. We made our way back to the cargo bay.

After entering, we, again, met with massive resistance from these creatures. I thought we might be able to lock ourselves in the locked cargo room, and keep them out. I opened the door, only to come face to face with another small legion of those creatures. Daniel and I stood and fought through their hordes, but the part I didn't mention is...inside that locked room was a giant artifact. A pyramid, and was glowing with a green hue. I have no idea what it was, but I figured we had bigger things to worry about.

After a long while of killing off the creatures, one of them began to speak for the first time. It started saying stuff like "kill...ten more". I had no idea what it meant at first, but Daniel, later, came to the conclusion that it meant that for every one we kill, ten more would appear, which made a lot of sense, because as we tried to get back to our ships, they all began chanting the same thing. They wouldn't stop coming. We really would kill one and more would just appear out of the walls, it seemed.

We barely made it to our ships in one piece. I'd also like to add that the whole time we were there, we tried to contact Command, but we had absolutely no signal at all.

After leaving the ship, we got contacted by an officer. He had stated that we disappeared off the map for "three days". Daniel and I both have no idea how that's even possible. By our datapad -and- ship clocks, we were barely in there for three hours. It even felt that long. We wanted to badly to just launch that ship into a nearby sun, but also, with that, comes the mystery surrounding that place to stay that way, forever. Alas, though, we didn't have a chance to do it. We were called back to base to explain ourselves.

When we returned, the officer didn't believe our stories. Wouldn't even look at my proof of what had happened. This report is meant for a higher up that might wish to listen, and look at the proof of what happened...what's strange is...one of the logs stated as if it was still during the Republic era...before it became the Galactic Empire.

This is Ensign Terack Grump signing off.
