Encounter type: Open space warfare/boarding party combat.
After resuming my post after downtime, reports were recieved of a combat mission, incuding a Mon Calamari, with three of the new Ensigns on board: Smith, Grump and Alloman. Another officer was in charge of the operation and it involved reinforcing two different outposts with fire support. Several Tartans and fighter ships were downed, one ISD was heavily damaged, but managed to pull back. The Mon Cal needed to head home for repairs, which is when the difficult part started.
Shortly after returning near home, the ship was attacked by a tailing Imperial squadron. Not wanting to attract attention, it took off to the vicinity of Rhen Var, where it engaged its attackers. When a Imperial boarding party got to the very badly damaged ship, myself and Ensign Kittani found and joined the ships crew to assist in the defense. After another jump, the ship reached the vicinity of Bespin, but its engines were blown away by a lingering saboteur. After making an initial damage assessment, another boarding party was detected, engaged and defeated with minimal loss of life on our side. After making the determination we cannot move the ship far without complete bodywork on its hull, I made the decision to push on to Cerea after we got the engines started.
A Corellian Corvette joined in our escort after I sent the call out, its engineer arrived to help us jumpstart the engines. After several tries, the engineer in question managed to blow the ship up. We barely managed to evacuate in time. If the whole matter was an error on the Engineer's part, sabotage or deliberate suicide remains to be seen, I did not manage to find the engineer amongst those who survived the blast. He did warn us about the impending explosion, so treachery can be probably ruled out.

Encounter type: Skirmish on planet
This is a strange one. Apparently there is a regular patient in a mental ward on Corellia, an ex stormtrooper with superior battle training. He has become unstable and unfit for service even in their ranks (which considering the butchers they allow to work as "doctors" and their "commandos" seems like a real stretch for them). Aparently he considers his mental ward a "Rebel Prison Camp" and keeps on escaping. He is deadly in combat, I am submitting an image of him along with this report, along with a datapad that Ensign Kittani managed to acquire with his weird notes.
Any Rebellion agent meeting this fellow (he picks brawls and thinks he has a private fighting club, also shows fanatical devotion to the Empire) should be warned and do not engage him. Contact his mental ward for information on how to handle him.

Encounter type: Space Skirmish / ISD boarding
Mission coordinated by Vice-Admiral Rilley.
My squad, consisting of Ensigns Grump and Kittani engaged one of the ISDs bound from the Kuat shipyards to an undisclosed location on Cerea, to reinforce the scattered Stormtrooper garrison on the planet. Our initial findings, along with a wing of A-Wings confirmed that their shield is down. After an initial exchange of fire, all three of our ships were tractored into the ISDs bay. We chose not to fight, keeping the Imperials busy while the Vice-Admiral assembled a boarding team when we made the determination the ISD has trouble with its shields.
Our ruse mostly worked, while the Imperials were busy with us, the Vice-Admiral and his men stormed the hangar. Trapped between us and them, the Imperials were soon defeated. After an additional tangle, we managed to find the officer in command of the ship, but he committed suicide before we could disarm him. The ship was set on a self-destruct sequence and even when we managed to kill the hacker responsible for that and some very quick thinking on Ensign Grump's part, the ISD was destroyed, but not before the Vice-Admiral found and secured it's more important documents from the Captain's cabin.
The assisting fleet limped off towards Corellia for repairs and further shipping, the whole operation was a moderate success on our part.
