Spaceship

We've all seen in the movies before, larger then life ships that blast through the sky and travel at hyper speeds. I've seen many servers that allowed you to look at these ships, admiring them and possibly even clicking on them - before taking a loading screen straight to the area - but never have I seen one that allowed you to fly. Until now, that is.

You read it correctly, in the Rise of the Rebellion, spaceships play a crucial part of both transportation and combat. Since the Galaxy is a huge place and some time will be spend flying between planets, there is bound to be some conflict. Especially for those who make their living with trade, constantly hounded by greedy pirates and even other players.

When you first step into the world, you will arrive on the home planet of your given faction. Without much credits in your name and no ship in your hold, you'll have a rough time getting around. However, there are three or four different kinds of ships for each faction, with plenty of models waiting for you to purchase. For the more eager to flight, there are speedy ships such as the X-Wing or TIE Fighter. If you're of a mind to blow apart the surface of those capital ships, then the Y-Wing or the TIE Bomber would be more to your taste!
