| Just a thought, and I know there are more ideas than just this bumping around out there.. if its possible a mess hall/conference room at the Yavin 4 station would be a good gathering spot/RP generator. |

| I always wondered why the supreme headquarters for an intergalactic resistance movement never actualy had something so simple as a conference room built in, and I think it would be a great addition to ze base/ any future headquarters we get as the plot moves on, and would be a brilliant spot for the RP to do some generatin'. | Rebels are nothin' but a group of bored Aussies that spend the days drinkin' cheap beer and revealin' the location of their base in all the places they can. You don't need the room you're askin' for, after a few drinks even the cell seems such thing to you anyway. All this is Pat's fault. |

| Awww. You are just surly beacause we wont share with you. Anyway yes, a medium sized (a bit bigger then the Mon Cal) room would definatly help in some RP. | blackhand has a point you guys really dont rp what i think a rebel would be now this is my opinion but you should be more terrorist then open warriors. your supposed to be out maned out guned out trained,you got every disadvantage but surprise, as for placed to meet and rp and such your base is a temperary facility as your main forces are design to be MOBILE. You should have those facilities on your fleet and ship above the planet (which ive seen) and pretty soon yavin 4 will have to be abondoned anyway so why not make the rp facilities on the ship which im sure already exist instead of a planet you know the empire either A has heard about a billion times but dms told them they cant use the info or B will be invaded and crushed soon anyway lol. Of course this is only ment as a opinion granted ive only seen a little. Maybe i just have preconcived notions. |

| Yavin 4 does eventually get raided at some point in the timeline and the base shifts to Endor. So modding Yavin 4 wouldn't make much sense if the DMs plan on following the story based on the existing lore-based timeline. I mean all timeline refernces on wookiepedia that I've personally seen say either BBY(Before Battle of Yavin) or ABY (After Battle of Yavin) so it would make more sense for the DMs to start designing the new base on Endor and add in RP Generating places like a mess gym etc rather than mod Yavin 4 base. I don't know if Endor even has anything atm though, never tried to land there. Course, never had an IC reason to do so either. *shrugs* |

| The base is moved after the Imperials track the large fleet that destroyed the first Death Star back to Yavin. So after it goes boom, the Rebels change base I believe. |

| i belive the fact from the movies cant be put into the line "will happen" since the Event outcome largely depend on player action and how it go . who know , maybe it happen Yavin stay intact doing the rp ? |

She makes a very good point, we can't say that it will absolutely happen; perhaps the Rebels remain on Yavin for longer then the movie plot-line shows? Either way, there will likely be a gradual shift to another planet due to the continual fence they walk as it is, I think the location of the rebel base has been 'discovered' in-character at least half a billion times - but has been convinently ignored to save the trouble of movin' it every ten seconds. |

I agree, it has been at least 207 times that I've personally observed in the small time I've been here. |

| I know this is an old post...but the Rebel's don't go from Yavin to Endor. XD They go to Hoth...at least for the beginning of Episode 5. lol. After it's raided would be a good thought....they don't really have a new base for a long while after Hoth. Maybe make a much larger fleet or something after that?...although...only problem with that is finding out how newbies would get their ship...OO! Maybe a quest to get rid of small kritters in the cargo hold or something.
