- Effective 5/26/2009 @ 6:13 PM EST

If you delete a character, you MUST wait until after the server resets before creating another character of the SAME NAME.

Failure to do this will be at your own peril...

If you do not follow this rule, your characters will be restored and your vault fixed at my convenience... meaning whenever I get around to it and it will not be a high priority.
