I looked but couldnt find any info on this prestige class so im going to ask my questions here. After listening to another play talk about the class it sounded nothing like the one in the Core Rulebook. Do they still get the wpn focus, wpn specialization, uncanny dodges and deadly strike? Also when you multiclass does this server have restrictions as far as how many lvls you can take? Last but not least, are prestige classes DM approved only?

No DM permission required, however I'm not sure about the rest. Did you read the write up in the documentation section?

The only DM-aproval or anything else DM-related prestige classes that I know off are the Jedi/Sith ones and the Dath witch. Jedi/Sith dont even have an "aproval" thingy, they are just more or less picked out from the playerbase, as for witches, I believe MD restricted them to a token only and you need to clear things with him, preferably once he is back from his lovely infection, before you take one (If I remember right, you just need to start playing one and if you do it well, you will get the token for the class, but I could be wrong)

EDIT: As for the Elite Trooper, if I remember right they have the Blackguard sneaks, get a few feats for free and one or two abilities that weren't used back when I had a ET character. If I remember right, those abilities are still sort of in the works. ET seems the right choice if you don't want to specialize in either ranged or melee combat but still be relatively decent in it, plus some bonus abilities.
