Transitions That Position You The Wrong Way! (Post here.)

Hello folks,

If you encounter any transitions that position you the wrong way when you step through, usually accompanied by swearing as the player WASD walks back through the transition they just stepped through and back into the area they left, please post it here. Due to the size of many of the areas, it is entirely possible that I missed a few and would dearly love to correct these problems!

I've looked at this one a dozen times, it seems okay but never works properly in-game! Very frustrating, y'know.

Im guessing it has something to do with the door in the way. Perhaps move it a bit further out, or remove the door?

There's another door in the Base area which could be locked to prevent people without proper ID from entering.

They usually make you face towards the transition, leading to several infinite causality loops.
