I think this is because they are classified as a ranged weapon, they just kinda got the same sounds as sling/bows/crossbows. Though in this environment they would kinda be a 'ranged melee' weapon of sorts if that makes any sense. Probably an easy fix if you know what to look for in the code... but then again I've no idea about that side of things.

Also they weigh 1.o each. Which is NWN's standard, but makes them near useless to use.

Near useless is right, yes. I'm not suprised this hasn't been noticed before (I think?). But if you're already playing a really high strength melee character, well, there isn't a whole lot of loot that fills you up in this server, and if you feel like hitting something with range first, then they seem to work more nicely. And you can use a shield.

A pretty narrow use, but it's there. Of course, this problem is really just cosmetic: There's no need to rush to fix it.

A shame that these are bugged, I'd say we'll be seeing the Blaster Rifles being fixed before these, and the Dual Blaster Pistols being fixed before that, as I think you're the only one on the server who actually uses throwing axes. Some improvement on their side would be great, though, like... increasing their crit range to 3 (I believe it is 2), lowering their weight, and giving them a 1d8 damage, just to bring them up to par.
